About Jacqueline

Hi, my name is Jacqui. I worked as an Assistant Pre-School Teacher at First Steps Nursery School in Lake County, Illinois from 2002 to 2005, as well babysat after pre-school hours for some of the nursery school clients. After that I provided private afterschool care to two children from 2005-2008. Ive attended three Early Childhood Conferences at the University of Wisconsin in Whitewater, one Child Care Training through Appelbaum Training Institute and two CPR courses. I had begun working towards my teaching degree through the College of Lake County, in Illinois, but then in 2010, I became a full-time Nanny for a family. I soon realized that there was no greater fulfillment than to be part of a family in this way, so I set aside my pursuit of a teaching degree to exclusively pursue being a nanny. I was with my last family for over 7 years. To me it is more than just a job, its the most rewarding career a person could ever have. I would love to come and be a part of your family!
