Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. With three years of experience supporting adults and seniors, I bring patience, compassion, and a friendly approach to every interaction. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and personal history. I am skilled in providing respite care, running errands, assisting with personal care, preparing meals, and offering mobility assistance. I also have experience supporting individuals with dementia, including adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I communicate with families through written daily reports and regular updates via text or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid certified. While I am still completing my education, my real-world experience is extensive. I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets.
