We were seeking a kind, caring, competent caregiver for our father who was in late stage dementia. He required full care. We chose Jacqueline to join our team. She was all those things and more. She was very warm toward my father, engaging him in conversation, making him smile. Jacqueline was excellent at administering his medication multiple times each day. She always kept us updated on his condition throughout the day, keeping detailed notes. He was often difficult to transfer but Jacqueline always rose to the challenge and did it safely. Jacqueline was punctual, honest, and trustworthy. Shortly after Jacqueline began working with us my father was on Hospice care at home. Jacqueline stayed with us until the end, adjusting her schedule to meet his needs, providing comfort and care to the whole family. She was very dedicated. I highly recommend her.
