I cannot say enough good things about Jacqueline. We hired her the day before we needed childcare. Her communication skills were consistently excellent. She showed up early, helped with housework (without us asking her to), and was very sweet with our baby, who was out of sorts for the entire week because our evening flight after Thanksgiving was delayed by seven hours (!). She is very patient and kind and has wonderful instincts when taking care of children; no hand-holding needed. Our baby loved her. We would hire her again in a heartbeat. Thank, Jacqueline!
