Jackie has gone above and beyond in the care she’s provided for my son. Over time, she has truly become family, and my son absolutely adores her. She’s not only a trusted friend to both of us but also a positive influence and teacher in his life. Jackie has a unique ability to guide, teach, and discipline him in ways that I often find myself unable to. She is intelligent, fun, loving, supportive, and always willing to help in any way she can. The way she forms genuine friendships while maintaining the structure and respect of an incredible teacher is something I deeply admire. Her patience, understanding, and ability to communicate with my child—often reasoning with him in ways I can’t—have made a lasting impact on both of our lives.
