I currently work as a substitute paraprofessional for over a year now, caring for both kids with special needs and those in general education. I enjoy supporting each child in a way that fits their unique needs, whether through one-on-one help or small group activities. Working closely with teachers, I aim to create a warm and encouraging space where every child feels valued and can grow. Patience, kindness, and understanding are at the heart of how I connect with the children I work with. I enjoy creating a warm, patient environment where they feel heard and supported. Whether it's helping with homework, playtime, or simply being there when they need comfort, I've learned how much the little moments matter in caring for children.
