Jacqueline is an exceptional caregiver. From our very first exploratory meeting, she felt like part of the family. She immediately engaged with our mom, meeting her where she is and beginning to care for her with genuine warmth and attentiveness.

She is intuitive, empathetic, and deeply present. We are truly thrilled to have her working with our mom, who can be quite challenging and has not felt comfortable with other providers. It was both a relief and a blessing to see our mom take to Jacqueline so naturally.

I decided to hire Jacqueline based on her reviews. Big mistake. I must admit, I saw the red flags,I ignored them. 

When I interviewed her she started the conversation by saying she had a lot or drama going on the last week. Seemed friendly, I ignored the comment because we all have difficult days.  Another red flag was that she stated that her hourly price was 35 hr  which was odd to me because she advertised her hourly rate to be 25 hr. Again, I saw the other reviews and I told her there was no issue with the price increase.  

In the interview she seemed to be asking a lot of personal questions basically to find ways of charging me more.  At the end of the day all I needed was transportation to the hospital to my rental. She kept increasing prices. I still was willing to cover those because I understand how expensive it is to live in LA.  

All of this headache for nothing. Jacqueline canceled me last minute stating that something came up.  I really hope this does not happen to anybody else so please be very careful hiring people in this website. 

Jacqueline has been my husband’s caregiver for 13 months.
She is caring, knowledgeable & intuitive. She takes initiative & goes above & beyond for our family.
My husband is 83 w/ stage 4 lung disease.
Her duties include: medication management, nebulizers, blood pressure, monitors oxygen levels, prepares meals, feeds, assists w/ bedside toilet, bathes him in the bed & washes his hair, light housekeeping. She also cares for our 5 cats as if they were her own.

Jacqueline is an incredible caregiver. From the first moment we spoke, I could feel her empathetic and tender demeanor. I contacted her to care for me when traveling to have surgery in a different state. I was apprehensive about finding care in a place that wasn't my home state. But speaking with Jacqueline put me completely at ease. She helped me figure out where to stay and helped me navigate care and recovery in an unfamiliar city. She was always prompt, encouraging and easy to be around. I could not recommend Jacqueline more for any kind of care, be it surgery recovery, senior care, pet care, etc. She is a nurturing soul and you'll have a wonderful experience with her no matter what your needs are. 

Jacqueline did a great job bringing my 87 yr old father to a dentist appointment and lunch. She was on time, gave me updates and a great summary of events. Would definitely recommend. 

Jacqueline was a fantastic caregiver, she was prompt, punctual and completed all of the duties required of her  care during my recovery.  She was competent in her work whilst being empathetic and caring throughout.   I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of care or assistance for themselves or for a loved one. Jacqueline entered our life when mom could not be left alone for fear that she would fall or be unable to get herself up. Mom has stage 4 cancer and had just started to use a walker. It was at this point that mom opted to forgo any additional cancer treatments. She also has an autoimmune disease that affects her nerves and muscles that requires medication up to 4-5 times daily. 

What started as 3 days a week for 5 or 6 hours a day turned in to multiple overnights per week, in addition to helping us figure out exactly how to coordinate her care most efficiently. 

Jacqueline’s responsibilities have changed immensely since we first met, but initially she was hired for meal prep, light cleaning and organizing, vital recording and to take her to the occasional doctors appointment. Since she is such a caring and detail oriented person, her responsibilities have grown.  She is now communicating directly with hospice care workers about their comings and goings, suggesting useful tools and changes that make us all feel safer, and even communicating directly with out-of-town family to ensure they see and hear mom when she is at her best.  She does all of this, while also overseeing mom’s medications and accurately helping her dose for her autoimmune disease.

She has a way of offering guidance, spiritual or otherwise, to a woman who is not religious whatsoever, but is approaching the end of her life and isn’t quite sure how to process everything. Open dialogue with mom, as well as my wife and I and extended family has helped us all prepare for what’s to come.

Mom feels safe and taken care of when she is around. She treats her with kindness, love and compassion. She took a large weight off of our shoulders, and allows us to fully enjoy the time we have left with mom.  I will highly recommend Jacqueline to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. 

She takes care of pets as if they are her own. She is also great with administering medication for the animals if needed. Felt comfortable knowing she knew what to do. 

One of the most professional and loving humans. I have got to experience very attentive and listens well to what you need and when you need it. She knows how to adjust to different situations with different people and I really appreciate that..

I hired Jacqueline to help care for my grandpa that suffered with Alzheimer. Her patience, communication skills, attention to detail, are some of my favorite attributes of the care she provides. Working as a caregiver myself, it is a pleasure to see good hearted and knowledgeable people like her out in the field. She is at the top of my recommendation list when friends or family are in need of care.

Jacqueline is a sweet, deeply caring, reliable, and competent caregiver. She was the lead caregiver of my 89-year-old best friend, Richard, for his last 3 years of life. She also helped me sort out his personal affairs after he passed away. This was a live-in position. 
Her duties included: help bathing, meal preparation, assisting with daily exercise, wound care, vital recording keeping, medication management, managing daily schedule (including doctor appointments), managing financial expenses, managing 2-3 other caregivers, keeping the home clean and organized, caring for his elderly cat, and a handful of other duties. 
Jacqueline went above and beyond to make sure I felt at ease with the care Richard was receiving. She always kept a great line of communication open, which I greatly appreciated. Richard was always happy when she was around.
