About Jacqueline

Hello! My name is Jacki, and I am a wife and mother of 3 teens in Brighton. I am friendly, caring, and reliable. I have my Communications degree from Spring Arbor University, and I really value being present with people. I am vaccinated, a non-smoker, have reliable transportation, and a completed care check. I have worked as a nanny for the last several years, and I'm now interested in being a part-time Companion Caregiver. When my son was a baby, we would visit residents at a nursing home, and I also worked at Independence Village. I am familiar with how to provide reassurance, embrace imagination, and offer a calming presence with someone who has dementia. I believe that people in every life stage should be treated with kindness and respect. I am very organized, and maintain a tidy household. I'm willing to help with tasks such as light meal prep, tidying up, running errands, driving to appointments etc. I play the piano and sing, enjoy card games, stay active, and value connection.
