Jacqueline is the first weekend nanny we’ve ever hired, and I was very nervous at the beginning. My daughter’s first language is Chinese, so I worried that communication might be difficult. But Jacqueline handled everything wonderfully — my daughter really likes her. This was also the first time we had ever left our daughter alone with someone outside the family. I was so anxious that I couldn’t even eat and kept checking the camera constantly. But when we came home, our daughter was happy and clearly well cared for. Jacqueline is punctual and has almost never been late. We truly enjoy having her, and whenever she’s available on weekends, we always hire her. We feel very lucky to have found her.
