About Jacqueline

I have over 20 years of experience taking care of children. I grew up in England, and got my NNEB certificate (national nursery education board), and learned to care for children 0-8 years old. After college I worked as a nanny for two children. From there I worked in London, as a peripatetic nursery nurse which meant I got a variety of experience in day nurseries. I was responsible for the daily needs of the children in my care 0-4-year-old. During my time there I worked with children from a variety of races and ethnic backgrounds and with varying abilities. I moved out of London and worked as a nursery nurse in a private school, caring for children in a classroom setting. My duties included setting up the room according to the curriculum that week. Meeting the physical, intellectual, emotional, social and cognitive needs of the children. Greeting the child and parent and ensuring a smooth as possible transition into the classroom.
