I'm a holistic medical professional and health coach in acupuncture and herbal medicine. I have worked at the VA and Mayo Clinic as an acupuncturist. I have long chosen to work with seniors often with special needs and those struggling with mental health concerns. With a graduate degree and six years of senior care experience, I bring a compassionate and detail-oriented approach to senior care. I incorporate memory care activities into my care. I am patient and calm. I offer services such as transportation, errands, light housekeeping, medication and meal preparation. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, and I always follow the family's preferred communication methods, boundaries and values. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I am vaccinated, certified in CPR and First Aid.
