Jacqueline was a life saver in taking care of my Lex! I have always been apprehensive of taking a trip as my cat has medical needs and can require extra special attention, but Jacqueline followed all of my instructions with care and ensured Lex had enough play time. She was in constant communication with me and kept my mind at ease. She was respectful of my home and brought in packages that were delivered while I was away. I am lucky to have found her and feel more comfortable taking trips going forward due to her thorough care of my Lex. I will definitely be booking her in the future!
