About Jacob

I don't have pets now because my roommate is highly allergic, so I'm looking for a way to connect with them! I always take care of my friends' animals when they are out of town and instantly gravitate towards them when I visit. My family always had cats and dogs growing up. A good friend also had horses so I would spend time at the barn with her, helping clean stalls, taking care of the barn cats, and grooming the horses. In my spare time, I like to cook, bake, garden, read, swim, go to the gym, play volleyball and a good movie or tv show. After graduating from UW Madison, I became really passionate about food. I worked at a number of restaurants and now I've began to learn about plants, working at an apple orchard and landscaping company. The work is seasonal - in the winter I have a ton of availability and less in the summer. My skills include general cleaning and care, feeding, walking or playing with pets. I have experience giving insulin injections and oral medication.
