I provide comprehensive support, including meal preparation, medical management (including a spreadsheet of full medication list for doctor use, and pocket sized version), light housekeeping, and transportation for errands. I am skilled at redirecting attention during stressful moments and incorporating meaningful sensory activities into our daily routine.
