About Jacob

Hi, I'm Jacob a compassionate and experienced educator specializing in individualized support for students with special needs. With a background in inclusive education and advanced degrees in education, I'm dedicated to helping every student feel seen, supported, and empowered. I work closely with learners who face a range of challenges, including ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, dyslexia, and other learning differences. My tutoring sessions are designed to meet each student where they are building on their strengths, respecting their pace, and using strategies that fit their unique learning style. More than just improving academic skills, my goal is to help students grow in confidence, independence, and self-advocacy. Whether we're working on reading, math, executive functioning, or classroom readiness, I create a calm, encouraging environment where progress is possible and every success is celebrated.
