Hello! My name is Jacob and I am a Central Coast Native. Over the past four years I have worked with the elderly population in both the long-term care setting as well as in-home care. Starting in September 2019, I cared for my grandmother, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. I was a live-in caregiver for her until September 2022. In November 2022, I completed my Certified Nursing Course at a Skilled Nursing Facility and got experience with a variety of different patients. I have been a CNA for over one year and would like to move towards the In-Home Care setting.
