My name is Jacob, I am 43 years old and I would love to assist you with all your family needs. I am CPR certified, I am knowledgeable when it comes to transferring with or without a belt. I am able to administer medication and bath, and shave your loved ones. I am able to perform OT and PT when instructed per Physical or Occupational Therapist. I am able to administer medical as well as liquid food and hydration through GI tube. Conduct transfers to and from a bed or wheelchair using a Hoyer lift. I can perform light housekeeping and change bed linens if required although my main purpose is to give absolute high quality care to your loved ones. Jacob was my mother-in-law's caregiver. He always went above and beyond in his care of her. Loving, efficient, wise, caring, dependable, energetic and knowledgeable are just a few of his attributes. A lot of caregivers perform all tasks that are expected of them but Jacob exceeds those expectations. I highly recommend him.
