About Jaclyn

I am a caring and compassionate person who is driven by making a positive impact in the lives of others. I am a newly Certified Caregiver who also recently completed a Clinical Medical Assistant program. I have about a year of experience working in a hospital directly with patients. In the workplace, I bring compassion and patience. I am able to provide assistance with respite care, activities of daily living, monitoring wellness, medication reminders, memory care exercises and games, companionship, housekeeping, and cooking. (I am a former chef so can make some tasty meals for you or your loved one!) It's important to me that you or your loved one's preferences are respected, including helping maximize a client's independence when I'm able. I will communicate regularly with families and loved ones of my clients by using their preferred method, including texts, or phone calls. I also keep a daily written record of all activities done or care provided.
