Hi, my name is Jaclyn and I have taken care of a lady with Alzheimer's and a lady with necrotizing fascitis. I took the lady with Alzheimers to town, did respite, gave showers, did meal prep, helped her change clothes, privided transportation to see her sister, was a companion and we played puzzles together, and I adhered to fall prevention. The lady that had necrotizing fascitis needed 24 care and had a colostomy bag. I changed the colostomy bag, gave her a bed bath, did meal prep, provided companionship, got her groceries and tried to make life more normal. I also did light housekeeping for both ladies and made sure my clients and their families were satisfied.
