About Jaclyn

Hii, my name is Jaclyn. I am currently in college. I am a caring, patient, and adaptable person. I am the youngest however I grew up taking care of my brother. I always felt the need to fill a mother role because he struggled caring for himself. I had to navigate living with a parent who works a lot which led me to learn cooking, baking and household chores. I'm comfortable with routines that include homework help, meal prep, and bedtime. I believe in a warm, patient approach that uses positive reinforcement, clear boundaries, children feel safe, confident, and heard. I am an active person who loves sports as well as indoor activities like puzzle board games etc. I have a clean driving record. I'm happy to help with light household tasks related to the children. I'd love the opportunity to get to know your family and provide a safe, fun environment where your children can learn and grow. I also am very happy and willing to be taught new tasks especially to cater to your preferences.
