About Jaclyn

Hi, I am a certified nursing assistant, certified home health assistant and hospice care assistant for 15 years. I have experience working with pediatrics to geriatrics. This includes clients with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and Parkinsons. I have worked with bed bound clients, g-tube fed and medications, bathing, dressing, preparing healthy meals and snacks, testing blood sugars, catheter care, bowel and bladder programing, transportation to and from appointments, medication reminders, light house keeping and laundry. I enjoy playing games, going on walks, sitting outside or just chit chatting. My heart and passion is all about working with the elderly and disabled.
