About Jackson

I'd describe my personality as: curious, eccentric, relatable I like tutoring because I have a passion for learning and enjoy seeing other people make the same connections I've made; and I've found much success. I'm looking for a job that allows for a positive, personalized relationship between tutor and client, and one where I can see growth in my students over time. I started tutoring in my sophomore year of high school primarily tutoring math, and have expanded my services and worked with several tutoring companies since. I now provide test prep services (ACT and SAT), help students with college applications, and executive function help (I have ADHD myself so I've learned useful skills to help me excel). In my spare time, I like to play soccer, exercise, read, play the piano, and draw. My skills include: proportional reasoning, geometric reasoning, and the ability to simplify complex problems into step by step procedures.
