We interviewed Jackie and had a difficult time choosing between her and another person. She came very recommended from her references and has a lot of infant care experience. She was also very loving with our child and our dog during the interview. She was on time to the interview and very professional with a CV and printed list of references. She also clearly has knowledge of childhood development and age appropriate play.
