About Jacklyn

My journey began at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where I studied Sociology I have worked with adults with disabilities the past two years with The Arc Knox County/Sunshine Industries I'd describe my personality as outgoing, curious and accepting I like working with kids because I too have a childlike wonderment as it helps to stay present in your day I started working with kids when I was 16 when I was a lifeguard at Green Meadow Country Club. I spent a year working with children with special needs at John Sevier PreSchool when I was 19. More recently I've been affiliated with our Early Intervention program at Sunshine Services In my spare time, I like to hike the smoky mountains, read a book, go see live music with friends One thing you should know about me is I'm very flexible, quick learner and have incredible patience My skills include ability to be present and patient, enthusiastic reading skills and will always apologize
