Jackie is attentive to her patient. She is considerate, communicative, appropriate. She offers medically sound suggestions and reports accurately in her shift notes. We found Jackie a pleasure to be around and so conscientious. With our family, her patient was a 94 yr old family member with medical, physical and memory deficits. Jackie took great care of her.
