About Jackie

Jackie ended being my Dad’s best bud. She came in at a time when he really didn’t think he needed a caregiver—-but he did and finally agreed. We picked her through care.com and interviewed her. She was great at letting my Dad still have some independence but spoiled him with taking care of the tasks that he really couldn’t take care of. She set up a schedule that helped him of tasks that she did daily and weekly. She also got my Dad talking and sharing some of his favorite recipes, favorite things. I loved getting reports from Jackie about how Dad was doing, but then later I’d hear from my Dad about what they did that day and what he ate. The two of them got so close, and she was there when he was needing extra attention (medical), let us know when she was worried about any symptoms he had. She gave my brother and I a lot of peace in the last year, knowing that she was spending time with him and keeping him on his toes, as well as taking care of him so well. Highly recommend her. Would hire her again.
