I was not asked to write this testimonial. I felt compelled to do so, after witnessing the care and attention Jackie gave to my wife. Jackie is to the manner born. She understood intuitively what was needed, and no care-task was beyond her. She had an empathy and understanding far beyond her years for my wife's condition and capabilities - a rare attribute indeed. Each individual care situation has specific demands on the carer. Nothing we needed was either too much trouble or, of a nature, that she felt uncomfortable providing. She was always a happy cheerful soul. My wife looked forward each day to her arrival - Jackie provided a wonderful addition to our 'family' for the period she assisted us. And indeed it was 'us'.
