About Jackie

I can be available for weekend child care, but I am an Assistant Director at Hart Preschool, where I have been part of the Hart community for the past two years. With over 15 years of experience working with children, I have developed a deep passion for fostering children's growth, development, and learning. I find it truly amazing to see how children think, explore, and make sense of the world around them. My passion for early childhood education began in high school when I had the opportunity to intern at a child care center. I earned my Associate's Degree in Child Development from Pasadena City College and later attended a few semesters at California State University, Northridge. I also completed all the requirements for my position at Laguna Tech College and continue to participate in professional development trainings to expand my knowledge and skills. I hold a California Child Development Permit and am experienced as an Applied Behavioral Therapist.
