Jackie has provided transportation services for my family for several months now. During this time she has always arrived early to pick up and has been very flexible and understanding when there are changes to the school schedule. She is patient, kind and caring towards my two rambunctious pre-school aged children. Through our daily conversations I have learned much about her history as caregiver both in home and at a nursing facility. I have noted that she forms a sincere and affectionate connection with her charges and that she becomes an indispensable resource for families of the elderly.
