About Jackie
I am currently a nursing student at Franciscan University of Steubenville, OH. This past semester I finished my geriatrics clinical rotation, training at a nursing home. Caring for the residents included assisting in showers, perineal care, transfers, feeding, and assessing the resident including checking vital signs (pulse, blood pressure, respiratory rate, temperature, and pain). I truly loved being able to care for the residents, which going into the semester I did not expect. Being able to offer care while also being able to offer companionship and learn from their stories and laughter is something that I really cherish and would love to offer to you and your loved ones.
