I'm also a former Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), where I provided one-on-one in-home support for children of all ages, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills. I truly enjoy working with kids and believe in meeting them where they're at - bringing out my nurturing, compassionate, and patient side while making sure we have a lot of fun along the way. I would recommend Jackie for any type of childcare position. Jackie worked in childcare at the church for many special occasions and on a regular basis for a mothers group with young children. Jackie was always punctual and well prepared for whatever age group she was working with. She works well with young children, as they all responded to her leadership, and also interacts well with their parents. I have known Jackie for a long time and know her to be hard working, responsible, and a personable young woman.
