About Jackie
Experience: 10 yrs
Youth development professional with 10+ years of experience in summer camp programming and outdoor education. Comfortable with all ages and abilities infants-high school. In addition to my camp experience, I have also been a live-in nanny for multiples and have experience caring for a type 1 diabetic child. I can teach swimming to children as young as 6 months and I love the outdoors and doing crafts/wacky science experiments. I align with and incorporate Waldorf/Montessori principles and play techniques as I believe children love crave autonomy and thrive with structure. I have a current level 1 fingerprint clearance card, reliable vehicle, am comfortable with pets and housekeeping, and am a non-smoker.
Most recent review
Jackie has been such a blessing to our family! She plans engaging activities and promotes healthy choices. I know my kids will have a blast and be well taken care of each time they are with Jackie. We have two boys- a five year old and a nine year old. They always look forward to seeing her. She truly has a gift for working with children. I can't recommend her enough!
