5/5 Stars – Absolutely Exceptional Nanny & Family Treasure! We are absolutely heartbroken to be parting ways with Jackie this July due to a family relocation to Cincinnati. Hiring her was the best decision we ever made for our son. Jackie is so much more than a nanny; she is a true extension of our family. Our son adores her completely—they spend their days laughing, playing, and exploring local parks and bookstores together. He loves her so much he genuinely cries when she leaves at the end of the day. She takes incredible care of him, from keeping him safely engaged to making him healthy homemade soups and smoothies. Logistically, she is a dream. Jackie is a native Spanish speaker (which has given him wonderful language exposure), Red Cross certified, and a total pro at light housekeeping and organization. Though she uses public transit, she is exceptionally reliable and punctual. If you are looking for a trustworthy, loving, and deeply experienced caregiver for an infant or toddler, hire Jackie immediately. We cannot recommend her highly enough!
