As a Certified Nursing Assistant with advanced education, I'm well-versed in providing assistance with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. My approach is always friendly and approachable, and I prioritize understanding each individual's preferences and personal history. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion or agitation, and incorporating memory care activities. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. I have CPR Training and First Aid Training.
