Kinda wasted my time. She seemed perfect for the job but once hired didn't seem that interested. Worked once or twice and then became super slow to respond and decided she was no longer interested which was disappointing because we had a long interview and I was pretty clear about expectations and needs and asked about her needs and expectations.
