don't do what they say they're going to do during the interview process. If you hire caregivers please help me hold these professionals to a professional standard. My experience is they think nothing of blowing off an interview. People who need to hire caregivers are already in a vulnerable position. We do not need to be ghosted or Misled because our situations can be sometimes desperate. Please help me hold these people accountable so we can get a higher quality of service out of them. It's for their own good. As to Jacie, she completely blew off our interview. She did not Message me on care.com nor did she reply to my messages. This is irresponsible and we should not be hiring irresponsible caregivers.This is unacceptable in the business world. I have never worked with Jacie so this is nothing personal.
