About Jaalah

My name is Jaalah, I'm 19 and about to be a sophomore at the American College of Greece, studying psychology and criminal justice. I've lived in Athens for the past year. I grew up in the Dominican Republic, which I consider my second home, and I speak Spanish. My mom started a non-profit there, and I've spent time helping in orphanages and with families. I've babysat for family friends, taught swimming at Safe Splash Swim School, and recently helped care for my baby cousin-giving me great experience with young children. I'm CPR certified and have learned safety and behavior techniques through my work and studies. I've played sports all my life and currently play volleyball in Greece. Sports taught me discipline, teamwork, and accountability. I'm active, love kids, and know how to prepare healthy snacks. I'm also neat, tidy, adaptable, and optimistic. I'm open to all kinds of jobs and love working with children!
