About Izzy

Hi! My name is Izzy, I'm 23 and originally from the Bay Area. I've been working with kids since I was 14. I started by helping my dad with Youth Expressions, where he teaches Capoeira and Jiu-Jitsu. I helped with summer camps, activities, and events, and at 18 I began teaching dance classes at different schools. Most recently, I worked at a daycare caring for kids ages 1-5. This taught me so much about patience, responsibility, communication, and understanding each child's needs. I'm moving to LA to pursue acting and have been doing theater for about 5 years. I've also taken children's theater courses, so I love keeping kids engaged through dancing, games, crafts, stories, and imaginative play. I've even dressed up as Disney princesses at kids' events! I'm caring, patient, energetic, creative, and responsible. My goal is to make kids feel safe, comfortable, confident, and, most importantly, have fun. I truly love working with children and helping make their days happier!
