I've used Izzy as a babysitter for my one-year-old daughter H. several times, starting when my daughter was in her infant months. Izzy has been wonderful every time. She is kind, reliable, punctual, and always communicates well before and during her shifts, and sends me pictures of H. when I am out. Izzy engages with H. by talking, playing, and interacting with her rather than just watching, including taking H. outside and on walks. She handles diaper changes, naps, snacks, and bottle-feeding for H. in addition to any fussiness H. throws her way. She's someone we trust and plan to continue using for our own babysitting needs.
