Hi, I am Iyanna. I have A LOT of experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities. I have achieved these skills from being a paraprofessional at a special needs school. I have also earned a multitude of behavioral management skills to help those who struggle during times of frustration. It's an honor to work with these individuals because they provide not only a unique opportunity to learn how to work with others but also to advocate for them in times of mistreatment. It's a wonderful experience to be an advocate and educator for those with special needs.
