With over 10 years of experience in healthcare as a CNA, PCA, and HHA, along with ABA therapy experience, I bring patience, strong communication, and a calm, caring presence to every childcare setting. My background has taught me how to stay patient in all situations, read individual needs, and respond with care and consistency.
