10 years of experience have fueled my passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I'm motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives, while also providing reliable care for families. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, I provide transportation, run errands, offer light housekeeping, prepare meals, assist with medical management, and provide mobility assistance. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I communicate through written reports, regular texts, or phone calls, always following the family's preferred method. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. My graduate degree has given me additional insights, but it's the relationships I build that truly make this work meaningful.
