About Ivy

Hello! My name is Ivy, and I'm a student studying psychology at Grand Canyon University. Before moving to Arizona, I was employed as a swim instructor in Menifee, California. Throughout my time there, I had the opportunity to teach children of all ages and abilities, including those with autism and special needs. My experience as an instructor opened my eyes to how much I truly love and value working with and teaching kids, and I want to continue that here in AZ. In addition to teaching swim, I also have 6+ years of babysitting experience, as well as 8+ years of volunteer work in children's ministry. As far as academics go, I graduated high school a semester early with a 4. 0 unweighted GPA and currently hold a 4. 0 here at GCU, with an estimated graduation track of only 2. 5 years. I am willing to tutor all subjects, but I specialize in math (particularly Algebra and Elementary) and English/Language Arts. I am willing to do online or in person tutoring.
