Ivy was an absolute Godsend to our mom and our family. She is an angel disguised as a human. 😇 She has a caring and loving heart that is full of compassion, sensitivity, kindness and patience. She has incredible skills for building a relationship with the person she cares for to the point my mom referred to her as her friend. Ivy goes above and beyond for her clients and she was willing to extend her hours when circumstances occurred that we needed her to stay longer. Ivy makes herself available to communicate throughout her day and keeps us informed on what is happening with our mom and how she is doing any given day. Ivy is responsible, trustworthy, on time and flexible. She has become part of our family and even though our mom is now in memory care she will remain part of our family.
