About Ivy

Hi, I'm Ivy! I love working with kids of all ages and have experience caring for my two younger brothers, one with medical needs. I worked at The Little Gym in Fenton for a year, where I engaged preschool and grade school children in active play, crafts, and games. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and children usually feel comfortable with me quickly. I'm pursuing CPR and First Aid certification, have a clean driving record with my own reliable transportation, and can care for up to three kids depending on their ages. I'm open to one-time jobs, date nights, emergency babysitting, or a regular position (about 24 hours a week now, with interest in full-time for the right family). I follow parents' rules, use calm redirection, and keep kids engaged with activities, homework help, meals, and bedtime routines. I'm also comfortable with pets and light household chores. When I'm not working, I enjoy arts and crafts, spending time with family, good food, and listening to music.
