About Ivy

I'd describe my personality as happy, outgoing, and patient I like working with kids because I love teaching and helping littles discover who they are as well as being a safe place for them! I started working with kids when I was about 12 years old babysitting. In my spare time, I like to hang out with friends, go on hikes, and occasionally go on spontaneous trips My skills include being very well informed of how children develop cognitively and emotionally making it easier for me to communicate with them, I have also obtained my paraprofessional certification and earned and associates in early childhood education all before graduating, which I believe helps me not only be able to understand the child, but put myself in their shoes in day-to-day life.
