About Ivy

Hi! My name is Ivy and I'm a graduate of the University of Washington's School of Public Health and I also have a Masters of Science degree in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine from Bastyr University. I have held multiple child care jobs including my role as a Child Care Counselor at the Boys & Girls Club in Seattle, as a nanny for 6 different families whose children's ages ranged from 2 months to 13 years of age and lots of babysitting for neighbors and family in the past and present. A little more about me - My approach to working with babies and children is lighthearted. I love to watch them learn as they go and plan activities that keep them healthy, moving, and away from screens as much as possible. I am passionate about any form of physical exercise, particularly yoga, weightlifting, and walking, photography, blogging, cooking and spending time outdoors.
