From our newborn to 4y/o, to our 2 moody teenagers, she has a gentle disposition that quiets any chaos in our house. Our 4y/o asks us weekly when she is coming, and they have formed such a special bond. Ivone is incredibly down to earth and has such creative ways to keep our children engaged. She is always willing to pitch in to help with anything that is needed around the house and double-checks if there a specific way we prefer. When she is with us, we are completely at ease. She is absolutely amazing!
