I’ve been using Ivone’s services for 4 years , and she has been nothing short of amazing. She’s reliable, hardworking, and incredibly thorough — every corner of my home looks spotless after each visit. She pays close attention to detail, works efficiently, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. This person was contacted through Care.com but when I spoke to her she said she would give me the estimate upon seeing my home. However she didn't talk about that,  just told me what she would do, which was the opposite of what I asked for,  which was help organizing my home. Instead, she said it needed to be cleaned first. No amount was mentioned as I was distracted by her statement that she needed to clean it first. Her ad here states that she charges $25 per hour. When I asked her after an hour, she said the fee was $375. That was approximately $75 per hour.  She skirted the issue of the cost consistently from the beginning.  I would never have hired her at that cost. She and her daughter rearranged my belongings but did very minimal amounts of cleaning. It would've gone much better if she had done as I originally asked,  for help organizing my home.  I knew it was not going to happen in just a day, but after her visit we didn't have any money to hire anyone else!

Ivone was so kind to accept a job on very short notice to help me prepare for my son's birthday party. She was very nice and did a great job.

Ivone is a delight. She is a very hard worker. She knows what she's doing and does what you'd like done well and at a quick pace. She gets so much accomplished in the time she is in your home. She is an independent thinker and will ask if she can do something for you that you realized gosh, I did need that done and didn't even think about it. You would do well to hire Ivone, she is a lovely young woman and your home will never look better.

I requested her last minute and she was phenomenal. She showed up on time and did a great job. My house has never been this clean. i will hire her again.

Hired Yvonne for a move-out cleaning and did a perfect Job. Very detailed and helpful even helped me load some  stuff unto truck we were running low on time.she took all left over trash to the dump for me, would hire in the coming future for regular cleaning in my new place.

Ivone is perfect for the job,I hired her for regular cleaning and did more then expected! So nice to come to a clean home after a long day at work.

After scheduling an interview, she didn't call or show up.   Dependable people are hard to find, and if she won't show up to an interview to get the job, she most likely won't show up if she had it.
