We initially hired her. We pushed the date of her start date back one week. And then we never heard from her again. Sent multiple texts that show they were seen. Not even a reply to "are you still interested". So we now have to go through the interview process again which is fairly inconvenient. A simple reply would have been great. Glad to know earlier than later that she's not dependable.
